Request Technical Support
The following methods of requesting technical support are available. Please submit each support request only one time and use only one of the following methods. For faster service, please use the first item on the list that most closely describes your technical support need:
- If you are experiencing an "emergency" or you have a critical support need that is causing downtime in your organization, please call us at (316) 262-3965 or (877) 348-7247. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message in the emergency mail box and we will respond within 1 hour.
- If you are an "end user", meaning that you are the person with a technical support need on your computer or laptop, please submit a new trouble ticket by double-clicking the agent icon in the lower right hand corner of your computer screen. Click here for instructions.
- If you are a "designated contact" for your organization and would like to open a trouble ticket for your computer, another user in your organization's computer, or any issue that is not directly related to one specific computer, please logon to our support website and open a new trouble ticket in the ticketing module. Click here for instructions.
