Reasons to Choose Essential IT Services, Inc When You Already Have a Full-Time Technician on Staff

If you are an SMB owner or manager and you already have a full-time technician on staff, there are still scenarios where Essential IT Services, Inc can assist you.

  1. Essential IT Services, Inc is able to provide you with on-call supplemental IT Support.  Depending upon the number of PCs and servers in your organization, the geographical distribution of your organization, the complexity of your Information Technology and other factors, you may find that you need additional IT Support from time to time.  In this scenario, we would be happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs to see if there is a logical way that we could accommodate them.
  2. Essential IT Services, Inc is able to provide you with on-call supplemental IT Support for those times when your full-time IT staff person is not available.  Situations where the staff member may not be available might include the following:  overtime hours, times when the full-time staff member is ill, on medical leave (FMLA, etc.), on vacation, or if he/she is in the active (military) Reserves and is called up to Active Duty.  In this scenario, we would be happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs to see if there is a logical way that we could accommodate them.
  3. Essential IT Services, Inc is able to provide you with licensing for the same management software tools that we utilize.  We can provide this licensing to you for a specific period of time (subscription licensing), or we can resell the licensing in the "traditional" method where you retain perpetual use rights of the software.  In either of these situations we are able to provide you with technical support for the software.  This would also gateway a simple methodology for us to provide you with the supplemental services outlined in #1 and #2 above.
